Capilla supports managers, teams and organisations dealing with change. When?
For instance: in case of the formation of a new (project) organisation to get everybody on the same page. I can fulfil the role of sparring partner to managers or as a consultant to the MT. When dealing with large change issues, I collaborate with partner UnityOne.
When consulting about change, I take the following into account:
- Does everyone take their place and responsibility?
- Is there a good balance between giving and taking?
- Do people dare to show who they are; do they feel empowered?
